HVAC Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage. Perform routine service work on residential HVAC systems while providing a top-notch customer experience and communicating effectively with homeowners. Additional duties as assigned. This role requires a valid driver's license with three years of driving experience, EPA certification, and at least one year of HVAC experience. You will lift up to 100 pounds, climb ladders, navigate attics and crawlspaces, and work in extreme temperatures. Reliable year-round work is available with flexible schedules, paid time off, and a company vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with a minimum of three years of driving experience

- 1+ Years of HVAC experience, preferably in the residential market
- Lifting 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Climbing ladders, accessing attics, navigating tight spaces, driving, entering crawlspaces, pushing, carrying, pulling, using hand tools, and performing fine detail work
- Ability to drive
- Working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, attics, crawlspaces
- Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone
- Use hands to handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms
- Regularly stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch
- Regular exposure to extreme temperatures both indoors and outdoors, such as heat or cold, and adverse weather conditions such as wind, rain, ice or snow
