Job Summary
HVAC Maintenance Service Technician responsible for preventative maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Tasks include cleaning HVAC systems, locating and repairing water leaks, charging refrigerant, checking superheat and subcooling, generating leads for Preventative Maintenance Agreements, inspecting electrical components, and maintaining safe, professional conduct in extreme heat or cold. Requires 1 year of HVAC experience, EPA certification, valid driver’s license, clean driving/background checks, and having standard technician tools. Full-time position based in Greensboro, NC with year-round work and opportunities for advancement; paid training provided.
