Residential HVAC maintenance technician responsibilities include performing maintenance on HVAC systems, maintaining a neat and clean work area, upholding a safety-conscious attitude on the job and while driving, wearing floor savers in clients' homes, and keeping the company vehicle clean inside and out. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior HVAC technician experience, with NATE certification preferred and a clean driving record.
