HVAC Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Perform preventive maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including RTUs, chillers, and air handlers, to ensure optimal performance. Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain split systems and VRF/VRV units while replacing components. Conduct required documentation for each call, recording recommendations, repairs, and observations, then obtain client signatures on necessary paperwork. Maintain a professional, high-quality, and timely schedule while handling heavy workloads independently. Requires valid Tennessee driver's license, EPA universal certification, and ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in maintenance HVAC systems
- relevant military experience
