Job Summary
Conduct Comfort Club and revenue maintenance calls, including parts and component replacements for residential heating and air conditioning systems. Accurately document system ages, component types, and service costs on invoices. Debrief each service call with dispatch and inspect the job area for cleanliness. Maintain company vehicle standards and uphold a professional, courteous demeanor with customers and associates while adhering to safety policies and One Hour performance standards. Assist in mentoring new technicians and complete all company-sponsored training. Requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass NATE Core Test and background check.
Required Qualifications
- GED or High School Diploma
- Ability to pass NATE Core Test
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Ability to work outdoors, in extreme temperatures, wet/humid environments, and/or with vibration
- Working with mechanical and chemical hazards and conditions including fumes, odors, dusts, gases, and/or poor ventilation
- Ability to climb, talk, crouch, stand, balance, reach, grasp, pull, lift, see, hear, and operate tools and vehicles
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in related field preferred
