Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on HVAC systems across Black Butte Ranch facilities. Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with contractors for complex repairs. Execute scheduled filter replacements across multiple locations while monitoring indoor air quality and managing inventory of parts and supplies. Respond to work orders and maintain accurate documentation. Requires 2+ years of HVAC experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50 lbs, work on rooftops, and operate in varying weather. Background check required.
Required Qualifications
