Job Summary
Entry-Level HVAC Maintenance Technician to assist with preventative maintenance, system inspections, basic troubleshooting, and service support for residential and/or commercial HVAC systems. Must be mechanically inclined, eager to learn, customer-focused, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs; role involves working in crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, and confined spaces with a focus on safety and professional customer service. Training provided with avenues for career advancement; company offers paid on-the-job training and a benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- HVAC school, technical certification, or related training preferred but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, and confined spaces
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and professional attitude
- EPA Certification (Preferred)
- Previous experience in maintenance, construction, mechanical trades, or customer service (Preferred)
