Job Summary
Entry-Level HVAC Maintenance Technician responsible for routine preventative maintenance, inspections, basic troubleshooting, and general service support for residential and/or commercial heating and cooling systems. The role emphasizes mechanical aptitude, customer-focused communication, and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas, inspecting systems for proper operation, replacing basic components like filters and belts, documenting service performed, and providing professional customer service while supporting tools/equipment management and company vehicle upkeep.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, and confined spaces
