Job Summary
Entry-Level HVAC Maintenance Technician responsible for performing routine preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, inspecting systems for proper operation, replacing filters and belts, documenting service findings, providing professional customer service, and maintaining tools, equipment, and company vehicle. Requires a high school diploma or GED; HVAC school or related training preferred but not required; valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, and confined spaces; strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork skills; on-the-job training and career advancement opportunities. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- HVAC school, technical certification, or related training preferred but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, and confined spaces
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and professional attitude
- EPA Certification (preferred)
- Previous experience in maintenance, construction, mechanical trades, or customer service (preferred)
