Job Summary
Entry-level HVAC Maintenance Technician responsible for preventive maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC systems, inspecting equipment for proper operation, basic troubleshooting, and providing service support. Duties include replacing filters/belts, maintaining tools and vehicle, documenting service findings, and delivering professional customer service. Ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced field environment. Must have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and work in crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, and confined spaces. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with on-the-job training offered and opportunities for career advancement. Preferred EPA Certification and related maintenance or trades experience.
