Respond to tenant maintenance requests, troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems; perform routine maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs; coordinate with outside vendors; maintain records; support move-ins/move-outs; ensure safety compliance and tenant satisfaction through clear communication and proactive service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of maintenance experience (commercial preferred)
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to effectively interact with tenants
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
