Job Summary
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems while leading customers to informed buying decisions. Maintain communication with dispatch, managers, and parts teams; keep company vehicles clean and manage inventory. Properly complete paperwork and participate in the on-call rotation. Join training programs to grow professionally. Valid driver's license and 1–5 years of HVAC experience preferred, plus a technical degree or equivalent field experience. Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors required.
