Job Summary
Diagnose system issues, perform efficient service repairs, and conduct residential HVAC maintenance and seasonal tune-ups. Educate homeowners on equipment conditions and indoor air quality solutions while recommending necessary repairs. Deliver a first-class customer experience on every visit and properly document all calls and jobs according to company requirements. Follow safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards while managing a work vehicle, parts inventory, and assigned equipment. Collaborate with leadership to refine technical proficiency and communication skills. Complete any additional tasks as directed by leadership.
Required Qualifications
- HVAC maintenance and service experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting skills and technical competence
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform job tasks, including bending, lifting, and climbing
- Must pass a drug screening before employment
