Job Summary
HVAC Maintenance Lead oversees on-site HVAC maintenance operations, supervises and trains the building maintenance team, coordinates daily schedules, and ensures high-quality service and safety compliance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and calibrating HVAC systems (thermostats, burners, transformers, controls, relays, heaters, elements), performing installation/repair of ventilation and air conditioning equipment, maintaining logs, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring adherence to appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act. Requires leadership, communication between field staff and management, and the ability to delegate tasks, with 1st shift duties that may require weekend availability. Qualifications include EPA Certification, NC HVAC License, a valid driver’s license, and at least two years of HVAC experience.
