Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems, assist senior technicians with diagnostics and minor repairs, and identify potential issues to recommend solutions. Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently while maintaining accurate service records and following all safety guidelines. Deliver professional, courteous service by clearly explaining maintenance findings and promoting Cooper's GCM maintenance plans to build long-term customer relationships. Requires enrollment in a technical training program or equivalent experience, a valid driver's license, and EPA certification for refrigerant work. This role offers structured training, mentorship, and clear career progression within Colorado's largest residential HVAC company.
Required Qualifications
