Job Summary
Lead and oversee commercial HVAC installations, service, and repairs. Diagnose complex system issues including rooftop units, boilers, and controls. Manage and guide technicians on job sites to ensure productivity and quality. Coordinate daily workflows to keep projects on schedule and within scope. Ensure all work meets local codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Communicate clearly with customers, project managers, and stakeholders. Work across commercial environments such as offices and large-scale facilities. Handle a mix of installation, service, and advanced troubleshooting responsibilities. Maintain accountability for both technical execution and team performance. EPA certification preferred, valid driver’s license required, and minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience with leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience with a focus on commercial systems
- Proven leadership or lead technician experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across commercial HVAC equipment
- Experience with rooftop units, boilers, and control systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- EPA certification required or preferred (depending on the role)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to manage job responsibilities independently and lead a team effectively
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
