Lead HVAC service and maintenance work for existing commercial and industrial clients, shaping the refrigeration division's growth alongside directors and a supportive crew. Manage breakdowns and service requests while building systems, standards, and team structure for a long-established Victorian business. Utilize proven quoting ability and client communication skills to handle work across mainly metro and occasional regional sites. Progress from Lead Technician to Service Lead and eventually HVAC Division Manager with a clear pathway to $140K-$160K+. Work with unrestricted ARCtick licence and Cert III qualifications, supported by vehicle, fuel card, and phone.
Required Qualifications
- Cert III Air Con & Refrig
- unrestricted ARCtick licence
- Solid commercial HVAC background (VRF, packaged units, splits, AHUs, ventilation and pressurisation systems)
- Proven quoting ability
- client communication skills
- Collaborative attitude - willing to put your hand up and build something properly
- Not a temporary visa holder
