Job Summary
Seeking experienced HVAC Lead Installers for North County Cooling; responsible for installing HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with codes, and providing excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience (Residential and/or light commercial)
- Own set of HVAC tools
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR will be checked)
- Clean background check (No felonies, no major misdemeanors)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various environments (attics, roofs, etc.)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field management software
- EPA Certification
- NATE Certification
