Job Summary
Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish, performing installation, service, maintenance, and startup procedures for heating, cooling, ventilation, and related mechanical systems. Ensure all installations comply with manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards while troubleshooting issues and performing repairs when necessary. Coordinate job site activities to complete projects efficiently on schedule, utilizing ServiceTitan mobile software to manage documentation and workflow. Provide accurate estimates, communicate technical recommendations to customers, and maintain records of labor, materials, and interactions. Follow all safety policies and work independently to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Full-time role with Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM schedule, $35.00 - $40.00 per hour pay, and bonus opportunities after 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of lead HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver's license
- ServiceTitan experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and mechanical components
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and installation specifications
- Proficiency with HVAC diagnostic tools and software
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50+ pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work in confined spaces as needed
- Ability to travel throughout the service territory
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical school certification in HVAC technology
- EPA 608 Certification
