Job Summary
Install HVAC systems in residential settings, including retrofit equipment and custom sheet metal transitions. Lead a team of installers to ensure projects meet quality standards and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service while building strong client relationships. Manage time effectively to complete installations on schedule. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $25-$40 DOE, company-paid health insurance, and a take-home vehicle. We are a family-sensitive company committed to community support through local donations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in HVAC installation
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift, twist, bend and carry 60-70lb
Desired Qualifications
- EPA Certification
- Oregon State Brazing Certification
- NATE Certification
- Experience leading a team of installers
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Great time management
- Work well in a team setting
