Job Summary
Install residential HVAC systems, including split systems, package units, mini-splits, boilers, and water heaters, while leading and overseeing a crew of two to three installers on job sites. Communicate professionally with customers to ensure a five-star experience and maintain timely communication with the Installation Manager. Assist with training and mentoring installation team members and perform other duties as assigned by management. This fast-paced role requires proven HVAC installation experience, strong leadership abilities, and familiarity with ServiceTitan.
Required Qualifications
- Proven HVAC installation and service experience
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC system design, installation, and service (including mini-splits and boilers)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and crew management abilities
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with ServiceTitan, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions quickly
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and use hands and arms
- Frequently required to reach, lift, and carry up to 100 pounds
- Requires clear vision and the ability to adjust focus for detailed work
- Requires effective and professional communication with customers, vendors, and team members
- Must maintain professionalism and composure under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- Experience performing load calculations preferred
- Understanding of job costing and company financials preferred
