Job Summary
Lead and oversee a crew of two to three residential HVAC installers, managing split systems, package units, mini-splits, boilers, and water heaters. Communicate professionally with customers to ensure a five-star experience while maintaining timely updates with the Installation Manager. Assist with training and mentoring team members, perform load calculations, and execute other duties as assigned. Requires proven HVAC installation experience, strong leadership skills, and familiarity with ServiceTitan. Offers an annual salary range of $73,152 to $138,210 plus monthly performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Proven HVAC installation and service experience
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC system design, installation, and service (including mini-splits and boilers)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and crew management abilities
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with ServiceTitan, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions quickly
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and use hands and arms
- Frequently required to reach, lift, and carry up to 100 pounds
- Requires clear vision and the ability to adjust focus for detailed work
- Must maintain professionalism and composure under pressure
