HVAC Lead Installer

Job Summary
Lead Installer/Technician role responsible for on-site HVAC installations, service and repairs in residential homes. Requires 3+ years HVAC experience with furnaces, central and ductless AC, gas boilers, and water heaters (including tankless). Must hold Valid Gas Fitter Two, Residential Air Conditioning License (Journeyman or RedSeal), and a clean driver’s license with no criminal history. Duties include advising customers on HVAC options, inspecting equipment to meet codes and Energy Star procedures, promoting services, maintaining vehicle stock, and delivering a five-star customer experience. Strong technical and customer-service skills, ability to work in a team, and lead-generation CPP enrollments expected. Position located in Whitby, Ontario, Canada; in-person work with company-provided vehicle and relocation opportunities. Equal opportunity employer; Criminal Background Check required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years HVAC experience with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, water heaters including tankless heaters
- Valid Gas Fitter Two License
- Residential Air Conditioning License (Journeyman or RedSeal)
- Valid Driver's License with a clean record
- Clear criminal record
- Ability to work effectively within a team, strong customer service skills
- HVAC lead generation and CPP enrollments
- Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder
