Job Summary
HVAC Lead Installer responsible for performing onsite installations, service and repairs in residential homes. Requires minimum 3 years HVAC experience, valid Gas Fitter Two license, Residential Air Conditioning license (Journeyman/RedSeal), and a clean driving record. Duties include educating customers on HVAC options, ensuring compliance with Safety Authority codes, promoting products/services, maintaining vehicles, and delivering a five-star customer experience. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years recent HVAC experience with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, water heaters including tankless heaters
- Valid Gas Fitter Two License
- Residential Air Conditioning License (Journeyman or RedSeal)
- Valid Driver's License with a clean record
- Clear criminal record
- Strong technical and customer service skills
- Experience in HVAC lead generation and CPP enrolments
- Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder
- Accountable, responsible, positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and complete installation and commissioning of HVAC elements
