Job Summary
HVAC Lead Installer responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork. Duties include site inspections, load calculations, wiring and vent connections, testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and codes. Strong emphasis on customer service, teamwork, accurate record-keeping, and continuous improvement through training and education stipends; EPA certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Installer in a residential setting
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques
- Proficient in interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- EPA certification is preferred
