Job Summary
Lead HVAC Installer responsible for designing, fabricating, and installing ducts and HVAC equipment in residential and commercial settings. Provides guidance to HVAC Installer Helpers, works with minimal supervision to install equipment in customers’ homes, completes paperwork accurately and timely, and maintains communication with dispatch, management, and installation teams. Requires certifications (CFC Type I & II), valid driver’s license, knowledge of mechanical and electrical codes, and a strong emphasis on quality workmanship and safety. The role supports ongoing growth through training and professional development in a drug-free, equal-opportunity workplace in South Florida.
Required Qualifications
- CFC Certification – Type I and II
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Must possess knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Codes
- Must be 23 years of age for driving a company vehicle
- Clean criminal background
- Able to pass random drug tests
- Proficient in split systems, package units, and heat pumps
- 3-5 years of experience in Air Conditioning Installation and Mechanic work.
