HVAC Lead Installer

Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications by pre-measuring job sites, properly connecting units, and staying current on new technologies. Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing client questions and concerns while documenting all calls and jobs to company requirements. Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Requires 1-5 years of HVAC installation experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to handle heavy equipment. Full-time role with uncapped pay potential, including medical, dental, vision, and a matching 401(k).
