Job Summary
HVAC Lead Installer position in Seattle seeking an experienced residential HVAC installer to accurately install HVAC systems (air conditioning, heating, IAQ, humidity/temperature control) per manufacturer guidelines. Responsibilities include system startup, troubleshooting, and building strong customer relationships while understanding and meeting customer needs. Must have at least 2 years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience, EPA Universal Certification, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC installation
- Possession of an EPA Universal Certification

- Willingness and ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision and quality workmanship
