Job Summary
Lead and oversee HVAC installation projects from start to finish, installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes while diagnosing and troubleshooting installation issues to ensure optimal system performance. Train and mentor installation team members to ensure quality workmanship, and maintain accurate records of installations, service reports, and inventory usage. Communicate effectively with customers to provide outstanding service and answer any questions. Requires EPA Certification, 3-4 years of HVAC installation experience, and ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Located in Bulverde, Texas.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HVAC installation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
