Job Summary
Lead HVAC Installer role to head install teams in residential and light commercial projects. You will install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units, diagnose electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, manage inventory, mentor apprentices, read blueprints/plans/manuals, prepare quotations for repairs/installations, ensure safety and adherence to company procedures, and deliver excellent customer service. Must have 4+ years field experience, valid driver’s license with insurable driving record, tech-savvy with tablets/software, ability to read technical documents, and willingness to work weekends or on-call. Based out of Pasadena office (Houston, TX).
