Job Summary
Lead HVAC Installer to lead install teams, instruct crew after direction from Installation Manager, hands-on installation and service of a wide range of HVAC and refrigeration equipment, ensure safe and high-quality installations, mentor apprentices, diagnose and repair HVAC systems, manage parts/tools/inventory, and provide excellent customer service. Based out of Pasadena office (Houston, TX); requires 4+ years field experience, valid drivers license, ability to read blueprints/plans/manuals, ability to develop repair/installation quotations, and willingness to work weekends/on-call. Pay up to $61/hr with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of field experience
- Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
- Tech Savvy - The ability to use tablets and learn work related software with ease
- Verifiable experience to develop quotations for repairs and installations of replacement equipment
- Demonstrable analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and manuals
- Proven ability in installing, replacing, and serving HVAC systems in new residential and commercial properties
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturdays) or on-call shifts when needed
