HVAC Lead Installer

Job Summary
Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential and commercial properties while diagnosing electronic, mechanical, and electrical components. Lead your install team by executing professional jobs under Installation Manager instruction, ensuring safety, quality, and high standards. Mentor and train apprentices on the job, obtain replacement parts, and calibrate systems to manufacturer recommendations. Resolve technical, logistical, and scheduling issues with excellent customer service while maintaining proper inventory and using work-related software. Work weekends or on-call shifts as needed, lifting 50+ lbs and working outdoors in varying seasonal conditions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of field experience
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Tech Savvy - The ability to use tablets and learn work related software with ease
- Verifiable experience to develop quotations for repairs and installations of replacement equipment
- Demonstrable analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and manuals
- Proven ability in installing, replacing, and serving HVAC systems in new residential and commercial properties
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturdays) or on-call shifts when needed
- Must consider safety one's primary job and must have general knowledge of safe working practices and OSHA requirements
- Must be able to climb ladders, work in hot and cold environments, and work in small crawl spaces
- The ability to regularly lift and/or move 50+ lbs is required
