Job Summary
Lead on-site installation of residential HVAC systems, guiding installs from setup to completion, ensuring quality and safety, and delivering customer-ready systems. Responsible for overseeing installation processes, diagnosing and troubleshooting newly installed systems, coordinating with crane operators for safe equipment placement, ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company standards, and maintaining a clean, organized job site. Communicates professionally with customers, operates hand and power tools, and performs other duties as needed. Requires 3+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience, knowledge of heat pumps with two-speed, package, split, and zoning systems, and a GED or high school diploma. Valid driver’s license required.
Required Qualifications

- demonstrated ability to lead and run jobs independently
- strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems including heat pumps, split systems, package units, and zoning systems
- experience troubleshooting newly installed systems and ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company standards
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
