Job Summary
Disassemble old HVAC systems and install, start-up, and troubleshoot new residential replacement units. Lead a helper team while working year-round full-time with flexible shifts, avoiding overnight hours. Perform daily diagnostics, lift heavy objects, and navigate attics and crawl spaces. Maintain working knowledge of local inspection codes and EPA certification standards. Utilize fully stocked company vehicles and gas cards for field work.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of RESIDENTIAL HVAC Installation experience
- Comfortable in a Lead role with a Helper assigned
- Working knowledge of local inspection codes
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis
- Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary
- All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks
