Job Summary
Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations from start to finish, supervise and mentor the assigned installer partner, coach junior team members on installation best practices and quality standards, troubleshoot field challenges, calculate refrigerant charge when necessary, communicate professionally with homeowners, receive and load equipment/materials, complete job packets and collect monies when needed, maintain strong communication with dispatch/warehouse/leadership/install teams, and participate in ongoing technical and leadership training to support team excellence and advancement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of progressive experience as an HVAC Installer
- Active driver's license
- EPA Universal certification; additional HVAC-related certifications preferred
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and lead when needed
