Job Summary
Lead and oversee a crew of two to three residential HVAC installers while executing installations of split systems, package units, mini-splits, boilers, and water heaters. Communicate professionally with customers to ensure a five-star experience and maintain timely communication with the Installation Manager. Assist with training and mentoring team members, perform other duties as assigned, and utilize ServiceTitan and Google Workspace for daily operations. Requires proven HVAC installation experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds in a fast-paced environment. Salary ranges from $73,152 to $138,210 plus monthly bonuses, with a company vehicle, gas card, and iPhone provided.
Required Qualifications
- Proven HVAC installation and service experience
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC system design, installation, and service (including mini-splits and boilers)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and crew management abilities
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with ServiceTitan, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions quickly
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and use hands and arms
- Frequently required to reach, lift, and carry up to 100 pounds
- Requires clear vision and the ability to adjust focus for detailed work
