Job Summary
Install HVAC equipment and accessories in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications; design, fabricate, and install ducts and duct fittings; perform limited diagnostics; maintain a clean work area and protect client floors; conduct before/after walkthroughs of the home and address any damages; complete installation forms for reporting and future comparison; communicate scope and any customer questions or problems; perform start-ups on heating/cooling systems; maintain safe working conditions for the crew; train apprentices on components and tasks such as setting up air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and wiring; ensure compliance with One Hour standards of performance and code of ethics.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two years of residential installation experience with solid references required
- EPA and NATE certification preferred but not required
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
