HVAC Lead Installation Technician

Job Summary
As a HVAC Lead Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing new HVAC units, including furnaces, air handlers, condensers, and rooftop units per manufacturer specifications. The role requires connecting and sealing duct systems, wiring heating and cooling equipment, testing electrical circuits, and maintaining accurate job records. Candidates must have 1-5 years of HVAC installation experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and be capable of lifting 50lbs, working in confined spaces, and standing for long periods. EPA Certification is required, and an accredited HVAC Certification or Diploma is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1-5+ Years of HVAC installation experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Troubleshooting skills
- Proficient with hand/power tools
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to work overtime and/or weekends as needed
- EPA Certification
