Job Summary
Lead HVAC Install Technician responsible for diagnosing, installing, and servicing residential HVAC systems; lead customer consultations and guide buyers to informed decisions by delivering an extraordinary customer experience. Roles include installing HVAC equipment and ductwork, testing system performance, educating homeowners on operation and maintenance, documenting work in company software, maintaining a clean vehicle/work area, and adhering to safety and local codes. Requires 2+ years of installation experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license; company provides a take-home truck.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- HVAC trade school education or industry certifications are a plus
- Universal EPA Certification required
- NATE Certification a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service software preferred
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and commitment to quality workmanship
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and other residential environments
