Job Summary
Lead hands-on training and mentor students in skilled trades as an HVAC Instructor. Responsibilities include teaching from pre-developed lesson plans, engaging students with varying learning styles, tracking attendance and grades, maintaining classroom cleanliness and safety, managing tools and equipment, and supporting new instructor onboarding. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, 3-5 years of relevant hands-on experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
