Job Summary
Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and indoor air quality equipment. Perform complete system replacements, equipment upgrades, and retrofit projects, then complete startup, testing, and verification procedures to ensure proper system operation. Assist with troubleshooting installation-related HVAC system performance issues and follow manufacturer specifications, company standards, and local building codes during all installation work. Utilize ServiceTitan mobile software to document work performed, materials used, and customer interactions, while maintaining accurate job documentation and installation records. Communicate installation findings and recommendations clearly to customers and maintain a clean and organized work area at customer sites and company facilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver's license
- ServiceTitan experience
- Working knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Ability to perform HVAC equipment installations, system replacements, retrofit projects, and system startups
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, installation instructions, and equipment specifications
- Familiarity with HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50+ pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work in confined spaces as needed
- Ability to travel throughout the service territory
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
