Job Summary
Install and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for homeowners and guests across the Outer Banks, ensuring continuous delivery of excellence in HVAC services. Perform service and installation work in attics, crawl spaces, and congested traffic while adhering to OSHA safety requirements and company policies. Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record to operate basic tools and equipment, including smart devices for daily tasks. Work Monday through Friday with an after-hour on-call rotation, requiring availability for weekends, holidays, and emergency situations. Lift up to 100 pounds with assistance and climb ladders and stairs as part of the physically strenuous role. Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's license for a minimum of 3 years
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer skills

- Able to pass background with clear and favorable results
- Able to follow OSHA requirements
- Able to follow safety precautions per company procedures and policies
- Ability to lift 50 pounds individually, unassisted
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance (dollies, hand trucks, additional persons)

- Legible writing skills
- Effective written and verbal communication in the English language
- Valid NC driver's license
- Ability to operate basic tools and equipment
