Job Summary
Install residential heating, air conditioning, heat pump, and indoor air quality systems while replacing furnaces, boilers, and related equipment. Perform equipment startups, system testing, and final commissioning, reading installation manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints to ensure compliance with local codes and manufacturer specifications. Install refrigerant lines, condensate drains, gas piping, electrical connections, and ductwork as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site while communicating professionally with homeowners and working closely with team members to complete projects on schedule. Accurately complete installation documentation and required paperwork. Full-time, year-round employment with competitive pay based on experience and performance.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and confined areas
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Previous residential HVAC installation experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of heating, cooling, refrigeration, electrical, and airflow principles
- Experience installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, or ductless systems
- EPA Universal Certification preferred
