Job Summary
HVAC Installer needed to perform turnkey residential/multi-family HVAC installations. Responsibilities include laying out boots and ductwork from dimensioned drawings, reading blueprints and product data for installation, installing ductboard, snaplock/flex/aluminum exhaust ducts and vent caps/x-vents, communicating material needs, braze/flare/swage refrigeration copper, wiring thermostats/float switches/low voltage per plans, installing wall-hung, vertical and horizontal FCU’s and AHU’s, installing supply/return/linear grilles/registers/diffusers, installing roof racks and condenser wiring, and learning sheet metal ductwork installation while prioritizing a safe work environment and solving problems per policies.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of HVAC installation experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Current driver's license, good driving record and reliable transportation
- Able to work with others
- Ability to handle stress and work effectively under pressure
