Job Summary
Install new residential and light commercial HVAC systems while adhering to strict guidelines and procedures. Diagnose and repair heating and air conditioning needs for clients in the Metro Atlanta area. Facilitate smooth workflows by communicating directly with home and business owners. Manage irregular and extended work hours, including weekends and holidays, as part of the on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to work irregular and extended work hours to include weekends and holidays
- Superior skills in dealing directly with home and business owners to facilitate smooth workflow
- Self-starter with ability to work with little supervision
- Must successfully pass a background check
- Must successfully pass pre-employment drug testing
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years HVAC residential and light commercial installation experience
- NATE and NCI certifications
- Experience with boilers, radiant floor heating systems, ductless and high-velocity systems
