Job Summary
Install complete HVAC systems in residential new construction homes while ensuring compliance with IECC energy codes and industry best practices. Maintain safe and clean work environments, manage and transport required tools and materials to job sites, and communicate effectively with team members, site supervisors, and project managers. Adapt to varied weather conditions and evolving site conditions while representing Chesapeake Climate Control professionally at all times. This role requires hands-on mechanical skill and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
