Job Summary
Perform HVACR installations safely and efficiently for residential and light commercial customers, including furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, generators, heat pumps, and water heaters. Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and suppliers while identifying opportunities for additional services and upgrades. Maintain accurate job documentation and uphold company quality standards. Work independently with minimal supervision, owning basic hand tools and refrigerant gauges. Requires 3-5 years of HVACR installation experience, a valid NYS driver's license, and EPA certification preferred. Monday–Friday schedule with year-round work and competitive pay ranging from $28 to $35 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of HVACR installation experience
- Strong verbal, reading, and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Own basic hand tools and refrigerant gauges
- Capable of working in physically demanding conditions and varying weather
- Valid NYS driver's license and insurable under company policy
