HVAC Installer

HVAC Installer to join a fast-growing, family-owned Relief Heating and Cooling in Greensboro, NC. The role involves installing heating and cooling systems (primarily residential with some light commercial) alongside an install helper. Key duties include understanding refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, and heat pumps; maintaining a team-oriented, high-quality, timely job performance; communicating effectively with customers; maintaining PPE and a safe, organized work environment; and lifting up to 100 lbs. Requirements include 2+ years HVAC experience, EPA certification, valid driver’s license, clean driving and criminal records, ability to pass drug/background screening, standard technician tools, and ability to work in extreme temperatures.
