Job Summary
Residential HVAC Installer lead responsibilities include selling and installing customized HVAC solutions, coordinating with inspectors and suppliers, lifting equipment, traveling to customer locations, delivering quality craftsmanship, and providing clear customer communication. The role requires 3+ years of HVAC install experience, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, strong organizational and time management skills, and reliable, hard-working behavior. Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check. Required Qualifications
