Job Summary
Lead residential HVAC replacement and installation projects from start to finish, supervising and mentoring installation helpers and apprentices. Ensure every installation meets manufacturer specifications and company quality standards while communicating professionally with homeowners throughout the process. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, representing Parham with professionalism and integrity on every job. Requires EPA Certification, valid driver's license, and minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience. No 24-hour on-call schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Proven ability to lead an installation crew
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- EPA Certification REQUIRED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
